Ingredients:
4 cups broccoli florets
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Steam the broccoli florets for 3-4 minutes until they are tender but still crisp. Drain and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
Gently fold in the steamed broccoli until well combined.
Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is hot and bubbly and the cheese is melted and golden brown on top.
Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.
