Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef (80% lean)
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 large flour tortillas
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
Lettuce leaves
Tomato slices
Pickle slices
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
Olive oil for grilling
Instructions:
Prepare the ground beef:
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it up with a spatula as it cooks.
Drain any excess fat.
Season the beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir to combine and remove from heat.
Assemble the wraps:
Lay out the flour tortillas on a flat surface.
Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard on each tortilla.
Divide the cooked ground beef evenly among the tortillas, placing it in the center of each.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the beef.
Add lettuce leaves, tomato slices, pickle slices, and red onion on top of the cheese.
Wrap the tortillas:
Fold in the sides of each tortilla, then roll them up tightly from the bottom to the top to form a wrap.
Brush each wrap lightly with olive oil to help them crisp up on the grill.
Grill the wraps:
Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
Place the wraps seam-side down on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until the tortillas are golden brown and crispy, and the cheese is melted.
Serve and enjoy:
Remove the wraps from the grill and let them cool slightly before cutting them in half.
