Ingredients:
1 cup butter, melted
2 cups graham cracker crumbs (use the boxed kind, or grind them in a food processor to tiny granules)
2 cups confectioners’ sugar
1 cup + 4 tablespoons peanut butter
1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
1️⃣ Mix Base Layer: In a medium bowl, combine the melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, confectioners’ sugar, and 1 cup of peanut butter. Mix until well blended.
2️⃣ Press into Pan: Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of an ungreased 9×13 inch pan.
3️⃣ Melt Chocolate: In a metal bowl over simmering water or in the microwave, melt the chocolate chips with the remaining 4 tablespoons of peanut butter, stirring occasionally until smooth.
4️⃣ Spread Chocolate Layer: Spread the melted chocolate mixture over the peanut butter layer.
5️⃣ Refrigerate: Refrigerate for at least one hour before cutting into squares.
6️⃣ Serve: Cut into squares and enjoy your Reese’s Peanut Butter Bars!
