- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef chuck
- 8 slices American cheese
- 4 hamburger buns

- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
For the Garlic Butter:
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
INSTRUCTIONS
- Divide the Beef:
- Shape the ground beef chuck into 8 small balls.
- Make the Seasoning:
- Mix the salt, black pepper, onion salt, and garlic salt in a small bowl.
- Prepare Garlic Butter:
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan, add the minced garlic, and heat for 3 to 5 minutes until fragrant.
- Toast the Buns:

- Stack and Serve:
