  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef chuck
  • 8 slices American cheese
  • 4 hamburger buns

For the Burger Seasoning:

  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt

For the Garlic Butter:

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Divide the Beef:
    • Shape the ground beef chuck into 8 small balls.
  2. Make the Seasoning:
    • Mix the salt, black pepper, onion salt, and garlic salt in a small bowl.
  3. Prepare Garlic Butter:
    • Melt the butter in a small saucepan, add the minced garlic, and heat for 3 to 5 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Toast the Buns:
    • Brush the garlic butter onto the buns and toast them in a skillet until they start to brown. Set aside.
  5. Season the Beef:
