Ingredients:
12 egg roll wrappers
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
4 jalapeños, seeded and finely chopped
2 green onions, chopped
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
Vegetable oil for frying
Directions:
In a large bowl, mix together cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, jalapeños, green onions, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
Place about 2 tablespoons of the mixture in the center of an egg roll wrapper.
Fold the sides in and roll up tightly, sealing the edges with a bit of water.
Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet or fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Fry the egg rolls in batches for 2-3 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
Drain on paper towels and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
